If you do not have a food processor, chop all the ingredients as fine as possible and mix them together in a bowel. You can eat this dip with chips or crackers, put it on toast or bread, eat it plain, or be creative and add it to whatever food you would normally add garlic and avocado to. Save it in an air tight container in the refrigerator and eat 1/4 of the mixture per serving, at least once daily. This dip has a strong flavor but a powerful medicinal benefit.
